During onsite appointments, the homeowner (or the rental manager if the property is tenanted) must be present when our team responds to the request. All rental tenants must contact their homeowner or rental manager to book service appointments.

We ask that Residents be available onsite during appointments until the work is completed.

A 24-hour emergency contact number is located in your homeowner guide. For questions, or if you cannot locate the 24-hour emergency number, contact your Strata manager.
