During onsite appointments, the homeowner (or the rental manager if the property is tenanted) must be present when our team responds to the request. All rental tenants must contact their homeowner or rental manager to book service appointments.

We ask that Residents be available onsite during appointments until the work is completed.

PLEASE NOTE: We are operating at reduced capacity due to COVID-19. The safety of our clients, employees and stakeholders is paramount, and we ask that all residents or homeowners wear masks and follow social distancing procedures during appointments. IN CASE OF 24-HOUR EMERGENCIES

A 24-hour emergency contact number can be obtained from our friendly homecare representative by emailing your home address from Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, alternatively if your home is located in Strata housing, please contact your Strata manager.
